The firm’s core activities include consultancy services for hydroelectric projects of all types and sizes. Over the past 50 years the firm’s engineers have been engaged in more than 80 hydroelectric projects. By way of example, the following hydroelectric projects, where SP is fully responsible for the entire range of engineering services are currently under construction or have been recently commissioned: - Koysha 2160 MW (under construction) - Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam 6000 MW (under construction) - Gibe III 1870 MW (recently completed) - Gibe II 420 MW (in operation) - Beles 460 MW (in operation).
