I discussed our #DEI strategy, together with Jean-Laurent Granier and AnnaChiara Lucchini, during the second edition of the Generali DEI Talk Live: an opportunity to establish a dialogue with our employees on what we achieved so far in our DEI journey and the challenges we have forward. DEI is not just a people-strategic topic but a strategic topic for our #purpose and business, a priority that we have been translating into tangible objectives and actions. More than anything, this is a cultural journey. About #Diversity, we are satisfied with our current progress on women's presence in strategic and managerial positions. Regarding #Equity, we have implemented a systematic approach to move towards zero equal pay gap and eliminate bias in our decision-making processes.
