Our mission is to support the Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO) in ensuring operational efficiency, effective decision-making and strategic alignment by providing analysis, data and recommendations, as well as collaborating with senior leadership to define strategic priorities.
Moreover, we also manage projects under the GCOO's view, ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization and engage relevant stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment.
The GCOO Office Manager will work mainly on activities related to the management of the Group Operations committee, the related sub-committees, and meetings. Will engage with the relevant stakeholders and teams, from the GHO and the Business units, to ensure the alignment with the strategic priorities, their planning and implementation.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Prepare contents, relevant materials and the agenda for Group Operations Committee (GOC) meetings
Ensure alignment with strategic goals and follow-ups on actions items defined during the GOC
Ensure correct flow of content from sub-committees to GOC and vice versa, fostering alignment and synergy
Organize, contribute or participate on selected Committees, Committee meetings, OpEx Reviews, GCOO team meetings etc.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
At least 5 years’ experience working in the financial industry or in consultancy dealing with digital transformation, innovation, operations area topics/ projects
Proficiency on digital technologies and trends
Interest and passion for innovation and disruptive technologies
Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience acquired in international environment
Excellent educational background
A good understanding of database fundamentals, Agile methodologies, Software and web development methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Soft skills:
Strong leadership, teamwork and people management skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
Capacity to influence stakeholders using business acumen
Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in management of cross-cultural and remote teams
