It's a game-changer, especially for foods with low pH like fruit juices and sauces, as bacteria struggle to thrive in acidic environments (especially with pH ≤ 4.5). This means we can avoid sterilisation, which can compromise the taste and nutritional value of the food. Win-win!   🔍 Commonly Pasteurised Foods:   ✅Sauces and Jams: Eliminates pathogens and ensures food safety. ✅Fruit and Vegetable Preserves: Maintains quality and safety. ✅Fruit Juices: Effectively eliminates harmful microorganisms. ✅Beer and Wine: Stabilises and improves the quality of your favourite beverages. ✅Dairy products: Preserves taste and nutritional value ✅Carbonated soft drinks: Eliminates microorganisms, with a minor impact on flavour, color and other organoleptic characteristics But wait, there's more!
