At Venchi, sharing our passion for artisanal chocolate and gelato is as important as crafting it! Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of talented Università Bocconi students to our production plant in Castelletto Stura (CN). It was an incredible opportunity to give them a firsthand look into the heart of the Venchi world. As part of our ongoing mission to bridge the gap between academia and industry, these students got an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour, discovering the craftsmanship, innovation and sustainable practices that drive our iconic products. They had the opportunity to witness the chocolate-making process, which is based on the use of carefully selected, high-quality ingredients. At Venchi, every bite tells a unique story. In collaboration with M&C Saatchi Europe, we have translated this concept into our new campaign, which recently launched worldwide. Through this initiative, we are working to celebrate our extensive range of chocolate bars, from our most classic recipes to our boldest innovations. At the same time, we are introducing two important new creations: 5 new recipes that complete our Dark Chocolate line, from 60% to 100%, and the launch of our No Added Sugar line. These exciting additions reflect our commitment to offering a variety of products that satisfy all tastes and preferences. We are proud to share an innovative new initiative with one of our main logistics partners, Tonoli Spedizioni e Logistica. Tonoli has converted their entire fleet of trucks to a sustainable fuel HVO (hydrogenated vegetable oil) that is obtained from food waste and 100% renewable. In line with Venchi’s commitment to reduce our environmental impact, HVO guaranties an  approximately -83% reduction in CO2eq emissions compared to traditional fossil diesel. “Engaging with our suppliers is key to our sustainability journey, ensuring that the logistic management of our supply chain behind our delicious products is as green as possible” says Sojourner Morrell, ESG Manager. “A special thanks also to Francesco Bruzzone for supporting this initiative with our local stakeholders.
