⏩ Our third Culture Day was a moment to connect on our Culture evolution and shared Values, gathering nearly 20,000 people across all our countries both online and in person. 🎙 In the open Q&A session, Andrea Orcel, Group CEO and Head of Italy, tackled the importance of our company's Culture and Values as fundamental guides in our everyday work life. “In today’s volatile environment, the only constant is change and all of us need to learn to adapt and change.
