𝐑𝐄𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤 – 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲 🔍 A new study on our REmark diagnostic dye has just been published, investigating its compatibility with the most commonly used disposable or bi-weekly contact lenses. The study found that soft hydrogel contact lenses 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐛𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐛 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐲𝐞, facilitating a comprehensive ocular surface examination without contact lens removal. 🎯 The ability to use REmark while wearing contact lenses is advantageous, particularly in 𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐣𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐚. This capability is important for patients afflicted with dry eye and other ocular surface diseases necessitating therapeutic contact lenses due to corneal epithelial lesions.
