In only two years, Safeguard Global hired over 100 engineers and other members of the product team—allowing them to “work in any way.” Each worker could choose their global location, part-time or full-time status, etc. We want the best talent on a global salary anywhere in the world, period. Of those 100 roles, over a two year period, our employee churn is well under the market rate of 40%. Imagine the value that I get from that. These engineers are more familiar with the code. I'm not having to train and retrain. My efficiency is 100X that of a company with a 40% churn rate. I’m tired of the argument that remote works are less productive, efficient, etc. How about you?
