Gino Garbellini Designed by Milan-based architecture firm Piuarch as part of the regeneration of the BiM complex, the Bicocca Pavilion is designed to host an evolved ecosystem of businesses and professionals, fostering dialogue and synergies through flexible and functional architecture that meets the highest standards in terms of sustainability and technology. Developed on two above-ground floors and one basement, it is a multifunctional space with a distinctive and changing design located in the heart of the new green square. In contrast to the rigorous, geometric lines of Vittorio Gregotti's buildings, the Bicocca Pavilion presents a free, almost circular form that reflects the multiplicity of functions housed within it. Through its welcoming, open and inclusive architecture, the Pavilion promotes the exchange of ideas and knowledge, encounters, relationships and collaboration among people, becoming a driver of innovation and research.

This week we had the pleasure of organising a visit to DOLCE&GABBANA CASA showroom for the students of the New Luxury & Art de Vivre Master programme of the #SciencesPo University in Paris, visiting Milan together with Eva Bellinghausen, coordinator of the Master programme. Miguel Pallares, Piuarch Associate, shared the genesis of this building, originally conceived as a showroom for the D&G brand. Special thanks to Antonio Nizza, senior architect at Dolce&Gabbana, who guided us on the visit.

This morning, together with Piuarch associate Gianni Mollo, we held a press visit to the Entrance Box of the new Milanese UNIQLO Store, which has just opened in Portanuova district. It was a nice opportunity to discuss the details of this volume designed by Piuarch: light, transparent and perfectly integrated in the context of the Gae Aulenti square. Construction officially starts on the new #LeoneFactory (Pastiglie Leone) in Collegno, Turin. The ribbon was cut this morning in the presence of the most important regional and local authorities and the territory's main stakeholders, welcomed by Leone's president Michela Petronio together with her husband the entrepreneur Luca Barilla, pictured here with Monica Tricario and Francesco Fresa, partners of Piuarch. Designed by Piuarch with a focus on the quality of work spaces, the Factory will house the entire Leone world, from the early stages of production to packaging.
