NEXTCHEM’s subsidiary Stamicarbon will upgrade an existing 3,100 metric tons per day urea plant in China to reduce energy consumption by up to 20%, thanks to its proprietary technology. ➡️ The Advanced MP Flash Design proprietary technology, part of EVOLVE Energy™ series, allows to significantly lower steam utilization and optimize the use of feedstock. Our collaboration with Vallourec goes above and beyond! 🚀   We are happy to announce the successful completion of a joint feasibility study to combine the Vallourec’s DelpHy hydrogen storage solution with the “Power-to-X” and green hydrogen projects where NEXTCHEM is involved as technology provider worldwide.   The analysis demonstrated that the integration of DelpHy with NEXTCHEM's small scale green ammonia technology not only offers a safe, compact, and flexible solution for hydrogen storage, but also enables the reduction of the overall storage and ammonia synthesis solution by up to 15%, making it a cost-effective and viable solution to serve green hydrogen producers and industrial off-takers.   Watch this space as we continue to evolve and innovate.

NEXTCHEM, together with TECNIMONT, has been awarded an Engineering Design Study (first phase of the Front-End Engineering Design) contract by Sembcorp Green Hydrogen India Pvt Ltd for a green ammonia plant to be located in India.   ➡️ TECNIMONT will carry out an Engineering Design Study (Phase 1 of the FEED) for a 200,000 metric ton-per-year green ammonia plant ➡️ NEXTCHEM will provide its proprietary digital tool, ArcHy, to optimize renewable power usage, resulting in capex and opex efficiency of the plant lifecycle and minimizing the cost of ammonia Read more ➡️ https://lnkd.in/eS-kAhey

Vijaipur Green Hydrogen will be NEXTCHEM's reference plant to pursue additional energy transition prospects in India. ➡ The start-up of this facility, implemented by Tecnimont Private Limited, the Indian subsidiary of TECNIMONT, marks a major step towards the supply of clean energy in India in line with the National Green Hydrogen Mission. ➡ The plant will produce 4.3 tons per day of green hydrogen via a 10-megawatt electrolysis unit. NEXTCHEM has been awarded new contracts for an overall value of approximately 30 million € by leading international clients mainly in the Middle East and Europe. ➡ Our subsidiary Stamicarbon has been awarded a contract by a major Middle Eastern #fertilizer producer to design and supply a state-of-the-art High Pressure Pool Condenser. ➡ Conser S.p.A., our biodegradable plastics technology licensor, has been awarded by a prominent client in the Middle East a feasibility study based on NX CONSER Duetto proprietary technology. NEXTCHEM will leverage on its NX Stami Green Ammonia™ and NX Stami Nitric Acid ™ technologies to design the process. 🌱 FertigHy is a consortium composed of European industrial players aimed at tackling the challenges of the global food security with low-carbon fertilizers solutions including EIT InnoEnergy, Ric Energy Group, MAIRE, Siemens Financial Services, GROUPE INVIVO and The HEINEKEN Company.
