❤️WE MAKE BEAUTY BETTER TOGETHER ❤️ A happy moment to share the opening of our new Intercos India office in Mumbai, which will be a playground for our beauty loving customers. The office exhibits an experience centre showcasing innovations, trends and brand gallery along with a R&D Lab that's an atelier for color development followed by a service led commercial office. This setup compliments our state of the art beauty factory in Dehradun by bringing innovative avant-garde products of Future Heritage to our customers and ultimately to our end consumers in India. Special thanks to Mr. Gianandrea Ferrari (CEO Intercos Europe & India), Ms. Anna Dato (VP Asia - Strategic Marketing) and the amazing Intercos India team who graced the Mumbai Office Opening event.

On this World Refugee Day, we are pleased to announce that the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency) has awarded Intercos Europe SPA and Cosmint SPA the "Welcome. Working for Refugee Integration" award for 2023, in recognition of their contribution to the "Without Borders" project. Since 2018, Intercos has actively participated in the "Without Borders" project. This program not only provides training and employment opportunities to refugees but also enriches the cultural diversity of our Group, fostering a more inclusive and dynamic work environment. Intercos announced a strategic partnership with Arcade Beauty. Intercos China will take on the manufacturing responsibilities for cosmetic samples, with Arcade China retaining sales & project management. We are excited to announce our new strategic partnership agreement with Intercos China. This agreement is aimed at enhancing our competitive edge to support the local Chinese market. Intercos China will take on the manufacturing responsibilities for Cosmetic samples previously produced at our Suzhou facility, with Arcade China retaining sales & project management We will be exiting our manufacturing operations in Suzhou effective December 31, 2024 while maintaining our offices in Shanghai and Suzhou for our commercial sales and technical development teams. This move comes as part of a broader strategy to optimize our operational footprint and drive long-term growth. “We are excited that we were able to come to this arrangement with Intercos China,” said Carl Allain, Arcade Beauty's President and CEO. “This agreement creates a necessary synergy that will allow us to focus on innovation and deliver superior value for both our local and international customers".
