Combined forces to success! To move a 100-ton Carousel foundation at Jebel Ali Port, the Al Faris experts rely on two 18-axle Cometto #SPMTs and two mobile cranes. Excellent team work! 👌
Our team successfully relocated and installed a 100-ton Carousel foundation at Jebel Ali Port. This was accomplished using two 18-axle #SPMTs and two mobile cranes, with capacities of 700 tons and 800 tons, each equipped with luffing jibs. Even a long journey begins with small steps👍. Such a 450 tons ship loader will be transferred from Finland to Vietnam. Our customer Vuorsola mounted a 16-axle Cometto SPMT combination to transport the freight approximately two kilometers from Mantsinen manufacturing facilities to the quay side✅. The ship loader has a height of 17 meters, the length is 32 meters with a width of 20 meters.

Under perfect conditions with fantastic weather and a large pool of exhibited vehicles - among others a BladeMAX blade lifter and a SPMT combination by COMETTO Propelled to the MAX - it forms the perfect platform to create a fruitful exchange between transport companies, equipment manufacturers of wind power plants and us as a trailer manufacturer✅. Beim Ausbau und Unterhalt von Bahnstrecken gehört der Brückenbau zu den großen Herausforderungen. Im baden-württembergischen Fridingen steht ein solcher Lückenschluss an. Für den Verschub hat die Firma Wiesbauer GmbH & Co. KG sich eine besondere Lösung mit ihrer COMETTO Propelled to the MAX SPMT-Flotte ausgedacht. Die besondere Breite der Brücke von 7,65 Metern passt genau zur Ladeflächenlänge der 6-Achs SPMT👍. In Absprache mit dem Ingenieurbüro werden daher zwei selbst angetriebene modulare Transporter unter den äußeren Knotenpunkten der Brücke quer zur Längsseite positioniert✅. Due to the high centre of gravity, it was necessary to carry out specific studies to guarantee the safety during the transport of this 15.5 meter high element for a subsea oil and gas facility✅. Spanish company Cordero assembled two 14-axle combinations of COMETTO Propelled to the MAX SPMT to build up the perfect loading area for the 13 meters long, 12 meters wide and 120 tons heavy item.👍
