The production process for huge steel bridge elements requires powerful machines to move the heavy and big items. At MBB - Metallic Bridges of Belgium s.a., a 4-axle Eco1000 by COMETTO Propelled to the MAX with long frame is the reliable partner to solve these missions👍. The French railway company SNCF ordered a steel bridge and therefore, this 125 tons piece with a length of 28 metres has to be transported to the anti-corrosion hall for further treatment. Well done ! 💪

The largest and most modern production site for offshore towers in Europe is currently being built on the island of Ostrów in the heart of the Polish harbour city of Gdańsk👌🇵🇱. The company Baltic Towers is building a hall with gigantic dimensions here. COMETTO Propelled to the MAX was awarded the contract to supply 48 SPMT axle lines from the 48T series with four Power Pack Units🤝✅. These self-propelled modules will be used to transport the delivered steel plates and the tower sections and entire towers produced from them to the right place in production, to the storage area and on to the ship loading area. An industrial transporter type Cometto ETH allows the Rave Group to master its daily business. The key features are the cab in a high position, the electronic steering, the suspension for a self-loading process and the high speed on site. This project has been successfully handled by our French partner SNM Heavy Handling. Have a look👌!

The readers of the German "Schwertransportmagazin" voted the project of our Belgian customer SARENS into the first place in the "Heavy Transport of the Year"🏆. This is the fourth time in a row that a Cometto project has won this well-known competition👌. In third place came a Cometto project in South Korea that was an absolute XXL-experience. Another Cometto projects came sixth, a Faymonville one tenth. Many thanks to all readers of Schwertransportmagazin for this great recognition!✅👍

In Ireland, a 12-axle side-by-side Cometto SPMT combination was part of the maiden voyage for a Enerpac cube jacking system👍. This powerful combination has been used for the installation of 12 precast decks for the Broadmeadows Malahide estuary crossing✅. Each deck was transported to pier locations along a fabricated causeway. At each location, cube jacks with temporary frame supporting deck stroked to 1.8 mts, SPMT’s steer 90 degree and drive in between piers. Great job! 💪
An Enerpac Authorised Distributor, PHL HYDRAULICS UK Ltd, recently undertook the monumental task of lifting twelve pre-cast concrete bridge decks, each weighing 100 tons, and installing them onto an estuary crossing. To overcome this challenge they utilised an Enerpac heavy lifting solution, the Enerpac SCJ-Series 100-ton Cube Jack System. “We’ve had our eye on the Enerpac Cube Jack incremental lifting and lowering system for some time”, claimed Anthony Redmond, director of PHL Hydraulics UK. “It’s a perfect fit with our jacking experience, offering substantial lifting power in a compact footprint.” Read more at Heavy Lift & Project Forwarding International magazine and discover how the SCJ-Series provided the capability and speed required for a bridge project: https://lnkd.in/e9uiJjcZ #Enerpac #PHLHydraulics #Wind #BridgeLifting #HeavyLifting #CubeJack
