"For a multidisciplinary foundation famed for its pioneering rehabilitation methods, it was essential to adopt a lighting design that would sustain the environments specifically designed to offer the best specialist care. The lighting in this project therefore plays a fundamental role in guaranteeing patients’ wellbeing and the comfort of the interiors. Its function extends far beyond the immediate need to illuminate spaces, as it can have a profound effect not only on aesthetics, but also on the physical and mental health of the young patients with serious neurological pathologies who live in the facility." Los Angeles recently welcomed the exhibition "ITALIA GENIALE. Design Enables - Beauty, Originality, Creativity of Universally Appreciated Industrial Design" presented by Vice-Minister Valentino Valentini. We are proud to announce that iGuzzini is present with a fundamental icon in the history of our company: Le Perroquet. This pendant luminaire, designed by Renzo Piano for the renovation of the Beaubourg in 2000, represents the excellence of Italian design that we love to share with the world. Organised by the Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy and the Ministry of Defence, in collaboration with the ADI Design Museum, the exhibition accompanies the Amerigo Vespucci's World Tour and will touch the cities of Tokyo, Darwin, Singapore, Mumbai, Abu-Dhabi, Doha, Jeddah and Durres in early 2025. 👉 Discover more: https://lnkd.in/d2eejB9k #iGuzzini #LightThatMoves #LightThatMovesDesign #WeAreVespucci #ItaliaGeniale

“Nous imaginons les mondes urbains et marins comme deux organismes vivants entretenant des relations réciproques mais parfois emplies d’altérité: la Ville et la Mer nous dessinent les lignes de cette zone de contact indispensable à leur survie. «IMMERSION» est notre tentative d’exprimer ce lien quasi passionnel.’’ (Loeïza Cabaret, Ombrages Studio) At the iGuzzini headquarters in Paris, the lighting designer Loeïza Cabaret, winner of the Light For Future Ancona competition, receives the suitcase with her gobos designed for the project, with the Palco InOut Framer projector. ✨ Find out more: https://lnkd.in/dMZvm6sb #iGuzzini #LightThatMoves #LightForFuture

Marc-Antoine Barrois inaugurates his first Parisian flagship on the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, uniting fragrances, haute couture and jewellery in a place that represents a return to his origins: it was here that he began his career in Haute Couture two decades ago alongside Dominique Sirop and Jean-Paul Gaultier of Hermès. The boutique, designed with architect Antoine Bouillot, features a spectacular wall sculpture created by the artist Le Diamantaire: 85 mirror facets that recall the shape of the diamond and play with light, exploring the sense of infinity and depth. ✨ Discover the lighting project: https://lnkd.in/dd-KJVSy Products: Laser Blade XS, Low voltage track, Palco low voltage, Palco Recessed/ Surface. The working and distribution areas of the new Bros Manifatture headquarters (Montegiorgio, Fermo, Italy) are organised in an alternation of indoor and outdoor spaces, thanks to large glass partitions and an extremely fluid architectural design. In terms of illumination, the greatest challenge was to find a combination of natural and artificial light, due to the presence of large glass. The lighting is managed by a control system based on the DALI protocol of all luminaires and on presence and integration sensors between natural and artificial light. The latter is only activated when actually needed. Products used: Linealuce, Light Up, iN30, iN60, Laser Blade. Complimenti, Adolfo!
