The Armani Group and Patrimar announce collaboration on major real estate project in Brazil. Milan, September 23rd 2024 — The Armani Group and Patrimar, the builder and real estate developer with over 60 years of history, are pleased to announce a new pioneering partnership for the design of the residential units, common areas and amenities of a luxury real estate complex in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The collaboration – the designer's first real estate venture in Brazil – combines Patrimar’s expertise in building top quality properties with the prestige of the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio marking a significant moment that will expand the presence of both partners in the country. "I'm very pleased with this new collaboration, which allows me to explore my idea of living in such a unique urban setting as Rio de Janeiro, with its combination of ocean, greenery and mountains, where natural beauty and urban life meet harmoniously. Patrimar has proved to be the ideal partner in giving life to a new expression of my lifestyle philosophy, and of design as an extension of it: a vision in which the Armani style always adapts to the spirit of the environment", remarked Giorgio Armani, Chairman and CEO of the Armani Group. For the first time, Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio – which has already contributed to the design and management of residential projects in other major cities around the world, including Miami, London, Dubai, Beijing, Tel Aviv, Manila, Mumbai and Istanbul – will be involved, together with the Patrimar team, from the initial stages of the project, developing the concepts for the common areas and continuing until its completion, carefully selecting the details, finishes, furnishings and accessories from the Armani/Casa collections. The high-end complex will be one of its kind, melding the elegance and sophistication of the Armani brand with Patrimar's experience and quality construction, and carefully designed to blend seamlessly into the surrounding natural landscape. The luxury residences will also feature various facilities designed to offer residents an elegant and productive lifestyle. Alex Veiga, CEO of the Patrimar Group, stated the company was honored to be the first in the real estate industry to collaborate on a residential project in Brazil with the renowned international brand Armani/Casa. “This partnership represents a milestone for our company and for the luxury real estate market in the country. Together we will create a venture which will be a reference in design and quality of life", commented Veiga, who also added: “It will be an unprecedented launch in Brazil”.

The Armani Group, in collaboration with the Municipality of Milan and Forestami, is supporting 90/91 Milano Green Circle: the project to renaturalise the 90/91 trolleybus line, which encompasses the entire city, through the planting of hundreds of trees and tens of thousands of shrubs along the entire route.   With Milano Green Circle, a project that runs from autumn 2024 until 2026, the Armani Group supports the creation of a green infrastructure that accompanies the city on the move, actively contributing to this historic moment of ecological transition.   Until 23 September 2024, from 15:00 to 18:00, in Via Manzoni 31, Emporio Armani will share with passers-by its commitment to making the city of Milan greener more welcoming and more liveable.   Visitors will receive a shopper with a personalised postcard inside: the postcards will be posted and sent to their acquaintances with the aim of helping to spread messages in support of the environment and climate issues.   Respect for the environment is fundamental for our future and requires a collective effort and concrete actions to translate into significant results. Emporio Armani is actively committed to being part of this change.   Find our more about the project here https://lnkd.in/e7seCkbq

Emporio Armani Women’s SS25 fashion show. Giorgio Armani's sense of time is both cyclical and linear: his grasp on the spirit of the moment aligns seamlessly with his commitment to a style that remains coherent, changing so as not to change. The symbolic image of the model in a men's suit and tie epitomises this concept in the Emporio Armani Women's SS25 show: it is the essence of what has gone before, but equally the announcement of what is to come. The tie, originally worn by women as an elegant and provocative declaration of gender equality, becomes a playful trend.

The Armani Group announces the opening of a new Giorgio Armani boutique and Armani/Caffè in Omotesando, Tokyo. The space is inspired by the dialogue Giorgio Armani has always had with Japanese culture, which he feels attuned to and is a source of continuous stimuli. The boutique, whose entrance and two large shop windows open onto the street, and the Armani/Caffè on the corner feature a specially designed high-impact façade, integrated into the context of the existing building. Inspired by Japanese lanterns, it consists of a series of platinum-coloured horizontal strips that create a delicate transparent effect, emphasising the volumes. Defined by thick profiles and punctuated by luminous circles evoking the symbol of the sun, it is a non-literal homage to local culture, reinterpreted in the aesthetic language of the designer. Conceived by Giorgio Armani with his in-house team of architects, the boutique is arranged across two levels characterised by ample heights, with a total area of approximately 450 square metres. It is designed around a unique, minimal concept, in which beige and platinum hues dominate with blue, green and gold central zones bringing dynamism to the environment. The walls, defined by pearl-coloured bands and platinum-coloured profiles, delimit the spaces, narrowing in places to form scenographic luminous circles that dialogue with the exterior. Armani/Casa furnishings accentuate the space. The ground floor displays the men's clothing, accessories and eyewear collections, and Armani/Privé fragrances. The first floor presents the women's clothing and accessories collections for day and evening, complemented by fine jewellery, eyewear and watches. A special focus on the customer is expressed by the VIP and Made to Measure areas. The Armani/Caffè is located to the side of the boutique, to which it is directly connected, with an expanded area of 100 square metres that can seat 34 people. The concept is inspired by the design and atmosphere of the 1930s and features pleasing smooth lines and natural materials. The fabric of the wall panels, in a special iridescent pale green shade, matches the dark green of the large square flooring slabs in marble aggregate, outlined by champagne metal borders. At the entrance, a bar counter welcomes guests and offers a selection of Armani/Dolci by Guido Gobino products. Logo and ‘Miya’ lamps from the Armani/Casa collection complement the interior design. The gastronomic selection is simple and sophisticated at the same time.
