GEK Lab parteciperà a MEDICA - Leading International Trade Fair, uno dei più grandi eventi fieristici nel settore #medico a livello mondiale. Si svolgerà a Düsseldorf dall’11 al 14 novembre e accoglierà oltre 5.300 espositori provenienti da quasi 70 paesi e ben 83.000 visitatori. MEDICA - Leading International Trade Fair rappresenta un’importante piattaforma per il networking, l'#innovazione e l'esplorazione delle ultime tendenze nel campo della #salute.

L’#ipertensione arteriosa, da tutti chiamata “pressione alta”, è una delle condizioni più diffuse e pericolose a livello globale, e viene spesso chiamata "killer silenzioso" perché l’aumento della #pressione non provoca sintomi evidenti fino a quando non causa gravi complicazioni, come #malattie #cardiache o #ictus. Mentre molti sono consapevoli dei fattori di rischio come l’#obesità, la #dieta scorretta e un pessimo stile di vita, meno noto è il legame tra #infiammazione cronica di basso grado e #ipertensione.

Il ritorno a scuola è un momento di grande cambiamento nella routine giornaliera – per i ragazzi e i loro genitori (e, perché no, anche per gli inseganti) – ed è fondamentale prestare attenzione all’alimentazione per evitare quella sensazione di sonno tipico della tarda mattinata . Una dieta equilibrata e una scelta corretta degli alimenti possono fare la differenza nell’eliminare una stanchezza innaturale e favorire il rendimento scolastico. #scuola #infiammazione #alimentazione

There are moments when the sense of experiencing a period of rapid, tangible, and exhilarating transformation within your team is undeniable. Projects like these make working in the healthcare sector both rewarding and stimulating. We are excited (really, I mean it!) to announce that GEK Lab will be collaborating with MADE - Competence Center Industry 4.0 and its ecosystem, particularly with partners University of Brescia, Politecnico di Milano, and CSMT Innovative Contamination Hub to develop an innovative electrochemical biosensor for diabetes monitoring and the identification of prediabetes and related metabolic disorders. This project represents a significant step forward in clinical diagnostics and the personalization of treatment for metabolic diseases.
