A label from our Envelope project has reached a great achievement by becoming the official label of #Aperol for the Festa e Regata del Redentore 2024. In occasion of this celebration, the famous brand wanted to honour its deep bond with the city of #Venice with a limited edition of bottles whose label places the city symbol at the centre: the gondolas. The label used was created during the 2023 edition of the #Envelope project promoted by Eurostampa, which brings together leading companies and students from the Università di Scienze Gastronomiche di Pollenzo and University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning For us at #Eurostampa, these are opportunities to use the most advanced printing technologies. In this case, microembossed foil details highlight the gondolas, while the logo is embellished with a combination of prismatic embossing and transparent foil. "When I think about my past and the problems I had to face, I sometimes think that you have to be crazy to be an entrepreneur. But if I could go back, I would do everything the same way again because it made me a productive part of the world. I would repeat exactly this family history." These are the words with which our founder Luciano Cillario describes the story he has lived with Eurostampa. A story that has led this family to expand its operations from Bene Vagienna (Italy) all over the world. Let's explore some milestone dates in our history 👇🏼 1966 Luciano Cillario and his brothers Giuseppe and Gianfranco founded the company in Salmour, in the province of Cuneo (Piedmont), under the name Litografia Salmourese. 1971 Under the new name Eurostampa, the company moved to Bene Vagienna and the first factory was built. -- Focus on the production of high-quality paper and glue labels for mineral water, beer, food, chocolate, wine and spirits. -- 2001 Luciano Cillario becomes sole owner of Eurostampa and the three sons Gianmario, Giuseppe and Gian Franco join the company 2007 Acquisition of the Pepper Print company in Cincinnati, Ohio 2011 Acquisition of Gilmour & Dean in Scotland 2015 Acquisition of the French company Poly-Imprim', founded in 1978 in Touvérac between the regions of Cognac and Bordeaux: two territories universally recognised, one for the prestigious distillate, the other for the no less prestigious wines 2016 Opening of the new plant in the heart of Napa Valley, California's most famous wine-growing area 2017 Opening of a new plant in Mexico in Guadalajara, the heart of the tequila production 2024 Start of construction works of the 7th plant of the Group in India But there will be time to relive it in more detail. "The Family Business Values" was the theme of our fourth symposium held in an exceptional location, L'Albereta Relais & Chateaux - Chenot Espace . A few days later, we are still inspired by the warmth of emotions evoked by the genuine and emotional speeches of Francesca Moretti, Jana Kokrhanek and Marzia Varvaglione. This resonance was further amplified by 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐨 𝐁𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐚, an excellent storyteller, who transported us on a journey through time from the mid-20th century to the present day, expertly reconstructing the path of Luciano Cillario and Eurostampa history. This week has been really special for us at the Eurostampa Group. We celebrated laying the foundation for our seventh plant in Goa, India in the presence of our Founder and President, Luciano Cillario. Our journey, which began in the province of Cuneo and continued towards Europe and America, now turns eastward toward a new and exciting stage.
