The Last Supper is probably one of the world's most famous paintings, along with the Mona Lisa. They were both made by Leonardo da Vinci. While it’s a pretty known fact that the Mona Lisa is in the Louvre, do you know where’s The Last Supper? 🖼 It’s located in Milan, in the Santa Maria delle Grazie church, on the wall of the refectory, and it’s massive: 4m60 by 8m80. 🎨 Milan: a great location for great events. Like the one organized by EO. EO, i.e Entrepreneurs' Organization, is the world's most influential community of entrepreneurs. Initiated by e.g. Verne Harnish and chaired by Lynn Anstett it is a unique platform to meet and exchange. 🤝 EO organized the event called ‘Boosting profit with innovative pricing’ and I had the honor to hold the keynote speech in front of a packed auditorium with entrepreneurs, C-levels and managers from all over Europe. We had both large and very well-known corporations present as well as innovative entrepreneurial ventures. 🌎   Here some of the key learnings from the discussion in the plenary: ➡ In a dynamically changing environment AI-pricing helps monetizing the value delivered: keep however an eye on perceived price fairness! ➡Psychological pricing offers concrete opportunities to steer customers’ preferences and choices. Use it and apply price anchors! ➡Innovative price models are the new source of competitive advantage: leverage them to fully capture the value delivered!   Thanks a lot to the President of EO Italy, Domenico Cavaliere, for having had me and to Michelle (Micki) Barber for the perfect organization including the great food and 'aperitivi' following the keynote speech. I was overwhelmed by the positive feedbacks and strong interest also in the Wiley book ‘The Pricing Model Revolution’. Looking forward to future events.
