Our Chief Officer of People, Organization, Social Communication & Happiness, Graziano Marcuccio, participated as a speaker at a conference about generational differences in Cernusco sul Naviglio, in the metropolitan area of Milan.   It also provided a platform to discuss important topics like DEI management. It was an incredible opportunity to reinforce meaningful connections with the local community, also in view of the construction of our new gigafactory in the area.   Graziano emphasized the importance of understanding and bridging these generational differences, and our responsibility to rethink employee wellbeing, adapting it to the diverse needs of our people.
