    It's hard to believe it's already been a month since the #INNOV8 Roundtable wrapped up, but we're still buzzing with excitement about the results and the fantastic time we had with key players in London's advertising scene. We’re excited to share the video from this incredible event in London, where we delved into a highly relevant topic: "Attention: How to Capture, Maintain, and Measure It." Here’s a look at what we discussed ⤵️ Gianluca (GL) Ena highlighted the value of context and premium content for capturing high-quality attention. He noted that ads presented in a clean layout and alongside slow content boost impact and engagement. Gianluca also emphasized Hearst UK’s dedication to maintaining these high standards to effectively connect with their audience. Claudia Mastromauro delved into the cognitive aspects of attention, explaining its types and the importance of Sustained Attention for advertisers. She highlighted how different forms of attention impact consumer engagement, emphasizing that Sustained Attention improves retention and brand recall. Claudia also discussed innovative formats like Aryel's immersive ads, designed to keep viewers engaged longer. Her insights emphasized the need for advertisers to create content that captures and maintains audience attention effectively. Andrew Barke examined the challenges of measuring consumer attention, considering various aspects and industry views.     We believe in the new generations and think that technologies like augmented reality can be an excellent tool for allowing young people to work and envision the future. That's why last week we were guests at Randstad HR Solutions in their new co-working space, "RandStad Box", to celebrate the first “CompleBox” of the new facility. Together with Otto Climan and the RandStad Box team, we organized "Future Unboxing," a workshop focused on high school students and Gen Z. We asked them to imagine being in Milan in 2124 and to ponder the questions, "How have living and working spaces changed? And the way of experiencing them? What object is fundamental in this future?" To answer these challenging questions, the participants worked in teams and had the chance to use our Aryel platform, where they could create an Immersive 360 room to showcase their ideas of future Milan. Our colleagues Alessandro Camassa, Umberto Alessandro Fracchiolla, Andrea Neri, Melissa Tiberio, Giorgio Migliavacca and Sofia Cavazzoni had the opportunity to interact with the young participants and explain how the Aryel platform with its augmented reality and AR creative formats can bring their ideas to life. Later, the participants presented their projects through an Augmented Reality Landing Page developed via Aryel.
