Celebrating the incredible women in our community!
Is it necessary to designate a specific day for celebrating women?
Shouldn't the global recognition of women's equality be ingrained in every corner of the world and across all roles?
Do we continue to require efforts to bolster the confidence of young girls, encouraging them to believe in their capabilities and inspiring them to pursue their aspirations, even in fields like science? Regrettably, the need for such reminders persists.
So we asked ourselves: "How and where can we kickstart the journey of improving self-awareness, especially among women?"
💡And the answer was:” In our community! “
As a result, we extended the celebration beyond Women's Day to create Women's Week, focusing on an initiative dedicated to the remarkable ladies in our community. This initiative aligns with the United Nations theme for the year, "Invest in women: Accelerate progress."
Throughout the week, we organized various webinars featuring colleagues from China, India, Italy, France, and the USA, with an outreach that engaged more than 150 participants.
The women in our community came together for the first time, sharing moments and, in many instances, meeting each other for the first time.
But not just a webinar , but a gift on the "The inner development goals,"
A framework that represents 5 dimensions and 23 skills and qualities which are useful for all !
An accelerator that provides support in attaining one’s inner goals (through personal development) and create a prosperous future for all humanity.
Not a traditional training session but a special moment dedicated to personal growth, a unique opportunity to enhance self-awareness.
By exploring into the depths of our thoughts, feelings, and bodies, we can develop a profound and meaningful relationship with ourselves.
This, in turn, equips us to face life's complexities with presence, intentionality, and a non-reactive mindset.
In FOMAS Group we envision this initiative as a seed that will germinate and contribute to the development of a more interconnected community.
