A 3SUN study has been published in the prestigious scientific newspaper, Advanced Science. The study, conducted in collaboration with the CEA-Liten at INES - Institut National de l'Energie Solaire, explains how to protect the Silicon/Perovskite Tandem Solar Cell Technology from reverse bias stress. Thanks to our experience in the research, development and industrialization of heterojunction technology (HJT), we can make the most from conventional strategies used in silicon PV to bypass this phenomenon that can compromise the efficiency and integrity of solar modules.
