came-osgi-activator create tests in project based on Karaf bundle install rather than features

Per discussion in PR https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/3387 Karaf integration tests were moved to camel-itest-karaf due to dependency cycle on camel-karaf feature build.  Discussed moving tests back to the project for faster feedback.
