seems Fifi was voted to be the new year baby among her friends But after the party, she found out she couldn't return an opened package and didn't want to let the diapers go to waste. and it's not like she had a toilet at home. And being a skunk she didn't see a reason Not to put the diapers to use since people kept their nose plugged or fainted from her normal skunk smell anyway
besides the squishy part, it's pretty much the same as any other trip which is probably why she kept the diapers in the first place. not really a downside for her if the only difference is being able to go potty any time or place
