The Expert Committee on ‘Development of Pension Products at GIFT IFSC’ submitted its report to the Chairperson, IFSCA, on July 08, 2024, suggesting the roadmap for launching the Non-INR denominated pension product from GIFT IFSC focusing on NRIs and other Global Citizens. The Committee has provided a detailed product design with emphasis on each stage of the product. The report recommends a comprehensive regulatory framework that strikes a balance between encouraging voluntary participation and safeguarding the interests of the contributors. The Expert Committee on Climate Finance chaired by Mr. Dhruba Purkayastha submitted its report on “Transition Finance” to Chairperson, IFSCA, Shri K. Rajaraman on July 01, 2024. Shri K. Rajaraman, Chairperson IFSCA had a meeting with Dr. Ajay Mathur, DG, International Solar Alliance on June 19, 2024 and discussed various avenues for ISA in GIFT IFSC. ISA is a global treaty based platform working towards increased deployment of solar technologies. International Solar Alliance
