The Systems Administrator responsibilities include managing end user enterprise technologies and providing white glove escalation support. Manage the day-to-day health and operations of enterprise systems and applications currently in use. With advanced knowledge of IT services and have a drive to solve problems with technology, this individual will make a daily impact on the success of IT and the larger Availity community by reducing toil and creating automation. Create workstation OS deployment automation via Microsoft SCCM/Intune/JAMF and others. Have a strong understanding of Modern Desktop, DaaS, SaaS, and M365 cloud management is required.

Key Responsibilities
Advanced application and systems troubleshooting, working with vendors for troubleshooting and resolution of escalated issues. Work with other departments to understand and document computing needs. Determine needs and create basic tooling/automation to reduce toil, including operational documentation for tier 1/2 on how to use.
Operationalize manual processes and reduce toil. Create, manage, and update OS deployment automation for physical and virtual deployments. Manage and update back-end IT servers and toolsets to keep them compliant. Manage M365/Azure technologies and follow documented processes/vendor best practices.
Continued learning and understanding of deployed applications and systems, to surface ways to make end users lives better. When delivering escalation support, provide mentoring to reduce recurring instances.
Create and manage small projects (days to weeks) by creating high level plans, using SCRUM principles and work estimation. Work with IT Architects and Engineers to build and provide feedback on deployed systems. This feedback loop will be used to create positive changes for application and system management.
Participate in change management processes by creating Whats in it for you documents/flyers/graphs to showcase/sell to end users. (e.g., how to showcase technology to a non-technical user and why they should want to use it.)
Education and Experience
REQUIRED: 3 years experience in a corporate Desktop role or equivalent experience
Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)
Microsoft Certified: Security/Compliance and Identity Fundamentals
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
M365 Applications MS OneDrive for Business, MS SharePoint Online, MS Teams
Apple Certified: JAMF 200 course completion or equivalent experience with JAMF Pro server, package deployment, MDM enrollment, profile configuration.
Automation: PowerShell, Bash/Z Shell
Preferred: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Apple Certified: JAMF 300 course completion or equivalent experience with patch management, security workflows including FileVault, and advanced packaging.
