Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions.
  • Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
  • Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.
  • Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
  • Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.
  • Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
  • Encourage and supervise any collaborations with partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the organization.
  • Attend various networking events on behalf of the organization.
  • Work in liaison with the sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly.
  • Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.
  • Support development and management of key relationships and alliances, including outreach, communications, and strategy development.

  • Exhibits a high degree of personal initiative
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to build strong relationship; exercise diplomacy and problem solving to work effectively under pressure
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the willingness to learn other software tools


Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, PR, Mass Communication, marketing, finance, business administration, or related field.
  • A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
  • At least 5 years' experience in similar field. 
  • Immediate joiners shall be preferred.
