All the products related to Response are created and stored in SAP system. Along with products, the SAP system also allows the creation and storage of product packages. Each product package consists of a mixture of individual products along with its respective attributes. Price for all products and product packages are maintained in the Pricewise system. Price wise system also maintains the temporary deal/scheme/feature which becomes the part of product offerings.

All the accounts (Agency, Advertiser Master, Barter, Brand capital, etc.) related to Response are created and stored in SAP system. Account hierarchy will consist of Grand parent, Parent and child. Target Roll up have been done. Show less

In this project there are various modules and for case management, the user registers a complaint or can request for test kit and generate a test request using customer community. Using Sales force the request case will be assigned to the respective users and then further various proceedings will be done and internal users will work on the complaint logged by the client. Client will be notified on the proceedings about his complaints.

The application also supports complex approval matrix which is dynamically determined based on the values changed on the project and its related records. Various Auto approval's been also generated.

Built Visit and AOP management system in which the meeting will be scheduled and visiting the client and generation of order and Quote and Order management in which the order which has various PDF’s.

In this project the the manual work of newspaper agency got reduces as customers can select, cancel the newspapers, magazines, books from this particular site instead of manual booking to the hawkers. Bill generation process is also very effective and efficient and saves a lot of time and manual work carried out by the hawkers and newspaper agency.

Food Mania android application for smart devices allow users to hold their favorite restaurants in their pocket and making food ordering much social. This app reduces the manual work carried out in restaurants.
