Planning needs to the first priority for successful project execution. 2. keeping team’s motivation high is most important part of any team management. 3. As per me it is important to give authority and trust your team. 4. Give them all support to perform their duty during entire project execution. 5. Keep talking as communications is the key for any successful project execution. 6. Regular cadence is another important part to make sure iron out any hinderance during the execution phase. 7. Celebration cannot be ignored, which helps team come together and be motivated all the times.

Here are few pointers which we need to keep in mind to avoid any data breach which can impact organisations/individuals - First and foremost to avoid such breach you need to know what is critical and important for you and your organisation. hence classification of data is important for any right data to be protected. - Post data classification we need to have right data protection strategy which should include strong encryption, DLP, different access permissions for different users, strong passwords etc. - Data monitoring and action is also important part of the overall strategy. - Last but not least have right data management strategy by having regular data backup for all important data.

Whether you are working in the office or remote, one of the important point to keep in mind is to have a strong password coupled with MFA for logging onto company network or websites which you use more often. Second important aspect is have different complex passwords for different logins and change your password (without repeat) regularly to keep your data secure. Second major mistake to avoid is definitely to have property data protection when data in transit and at rest by leveraging strong encryption algorithm, this will help protect your data from man in the middle attacks. Last but not least keeping your system upto date to avoid any vulnerability exploitation.
