Whenever I get time I try to analyze industry leading d2c brands and their user experience is evolving surprisingly. Nothing major but effectively communicate your key messages is important. Here comes Milestone 3 of #Nextleap - Product Management fellowship. Follow to previous two milestones, V, as a PM of Zomato delivery food vertical have identified the product outcomes and targeted users segment as per survey to work on the goal “ how to increase customer reviews for the orders”. 1) Now that we have outlined the problem. We need to think to the required solutions to solve the problem.(less reviews on orders) 2) Choose a specific specific solution based on parameters, which we feel are relevant in this context. 3) Lay out the user flows, and the wire frames to easily visualise the solution proposed. 4) Outline the key mattresses that we would track to gauge the success/failure of the solution. What are we upto ? We have intitiated a platform development. Many exists in the market but what we are focusing on is what our clients have approached with some inherent gaps in “platforms” in the market. Customers are our best product managers. What are we doing right now is cutting through the hype and attacking the gaps in LLMs. Enabling Gen AI Affordability: To address the high GPU costs, that can 10x cloud costs , LilyHan AI has integrated CPU options into our platform. This economical alternative maintains quality and broadens accessibility through market-available tools and collaborative efforts with partners- to optimize CPU performance. Currently in beta, we are confident in its potential. Enterprise Data Analysis: Our team is developing advanced business intelligence and analytics driven by large language models. This includes driving deep analytics and insights by integrating into Enterprise data sources / data lakes and databases/ warehouses. We want to enable our clients to conduct complex analytics on their existing business intelligence artifacts - turning insights into fast actions. This is a game changer. Adopting Microservices Architecture: We are transitioning to a microservices architecture to enhance the scalability and customizability of our services. This shift will allow us to better meet the diverse needs of our clients and facilitate easier integration. New Partnerships: We are in the process of establishing new partnerships, which will be announced in the future. These collaborations are expected to further enhance our capabilities and extend our impact in the market, and our technical and operational capabilities. Our team has grown more on that shortly. We have now full fledged data engineering , platform management and integration experts working along with Gen AI Specialists to bring some fantastic value to our clients. Roadmap to include state of the art technology to bring digital and physical world integration on our platform. More info to follow on how we get things into production, how we harden our data Infra , do our evaluation, and steps we take to keep up with LLMs devious behaviour and what frameworks and protocols we use. Above all how we secure the perimeter internally and externally , how we seamlessly integrate with enterprise roles and access. Etc. How do we keep things private - people and users and data.
