What are effective ways to recognize and celebrate achievements in educational leadership?
Culture of recognition must be rigorously followed. One must not hesitate as a leader to appreciate what other team members have achieved and try to acknowledge it by awarding and rewarding them. Only when you have set an example that you can expect others to be achievers. Others must look up to you for what all have you done as a leader. Love for the organisation and commitment for it automatically brings the best out of the employees.

You’re looking to enhance your curriculum. What software tools can help you achieve that?
Session plans that a course has is well defined and uploaded in advance on LMS to plan the term better. Faculty and Students both are prepared for what the next week looks like and pre reads adds more value to the learning. Assignments are shared for it to be smoothly completed hence there is no overlap or rush while completing the course.

How can storytelling promote engagement and retention in professional development?
Engaging way of sharing experiences true or false. Attention of the audience is of prime importance. Using digital tools can be effective in the process. With MSO( multiple screen options) a user is always able to choose his or her favourite platform and then filter it further .
