Norms And Ethics: Effective decision-making fundamentally relies on a strong understanding of norms and ethics in willingness to apply them in the process of decision making. This foundation ensures that all other considerations are applied appropriately and fairly. In essence, norms and ethics form the heart of effective decision-making. They provide the moral compass that ensures all other practices such as self-reflection, long-term thinking, information gathering, situational analysis, and bias avoidance are applied in a just and equitable manner. Without this ethical core, decisions risk becoming flawed and unjust.

How can you ensure team members meet objectives?
1- Start by ensuring everyone on the team understands their goals. 2- Keep the lines of communication open. Regularly check in with your team to see how things are going. 3- Make sure that everyone takes responsibility for their part of the project. Clearly explain what each person needs to do so they know what's expected of them. 4- Use tools or methods to watch how things are progressing. This could be as simple as setting milestones or measuring how well things are going. 5- Ensure your team has what they need to complete the job. This might mean providing training or getting rid of obstacles that are in their way. When your team has what they need, they're more likely to succeed.
