Operating profits were up 49 percent to Rs 272 crore from Rs 182 crore with margins rising about 3 percent to 21 percent from 18 percent. Other income was Rs 17 crore against Rs 7 crore and interest costs were Rs 12 crore (Rs 11 crore) Depreciation was Rs 53 crore (Rs 42 crore). Net profit before tax was Rs 224 crore against Rs 136 crore. Tax provisions were Rs 58 crore (Rs 55 crore). Net profit was up 55 percent to Rs 166 crore against Rs 112 crore. Y-o-Y $ growth 28.5%, Q-o-Q $ growth 6.6 % EBITDA at 20.7%, Up 160 bps Y-o-Y PAT at ₹ 1,644 Mn, Q-o-Q growth of 5.8% $ 261 Mn worth of engagements closed A Leading European Car Manufacturer selected KPIT for significant engagements in the electric powertrain and connected domains. Strategic engagements in the connected, autonomous, and middleware domains for a leading Asian Car Manufacturer. Crucial engagements in the connected, electric and conventional powertrain domains with a leading American Car Manufacturer Strategic engagements in the autonomous, electric and conventional powertrain domains with a leading American Car Manufacturer Key Engagements in the powertrain and vehicle diagnostics domain for a leading American Commercial Vehicle OE Sequential CC Growth of 5.1% led by Middleware, Connected and Autonomous domains. Growth was broad-based across geographies, led by Asia. Both passenger cars and commercial vehicle verticals had healthy growth. EBITDA margins were at 20.7%. EBITDA grew 40.5% y-o-y and 5.6% q-o-q, post full quarter cost of last quarter people additions and quarterly promotions. Rupee appreciation as compared to Q3FY24, impacted EBITDA by around 30 bps Other income was lower as compared to last quarter due to conversion losses on foreign currency- denominated assets, especially Euro and Yen-denominated. ETR was in line with our annual outlook. 04 Net Cash Balance at the end of the quarter stood at ₹ 8.50 billion, depicting a net cash addition of ₹ 224 million. DSO at the end of the quarter stood at 51 Days. Sales for the quarter ended December 23 were Rs 1257 crore, operating profits Rs 259 crore, margins 21 percent, and net profits Rs 157 crore Sales for the quarter ended September 23 were Rs 1199 crore, operating profits Rs 240 crore, margins 20 percent, and net profits Rs 141 crore Sales for the quarter ended June 23 were Rs 1098 crore, operating profits Rs 214 crore, margins 19 percent, and net profit Rs 134 crore.

ANALYSIS OF Q4 MARCH 2024 GOOD RESULTS   24. KIRLOSKAR PNEUMATIC COMPANY LTD PART 2 Trailing EPS of Rs 20.58 is discounted 56 times at Rs 1206. The return on capital employed is 21.6 percent and the return on equity is 16.2 percent. Promoters hold 38.93 percent, FII’s 1.70 percent and DII’s 32.15  percent.  On equity of Rs 13 crore, reserves are Rs 912 crore, and debt of Rs 1 crore. CONCLUSION The company’s sales have grown at a CAGR of 17 percent and net profits at a CAGR of 30 percent in the last 3 years. The stock is quoting at 56 times trailing EPS. The stock has given returns of 105 percent in a year.
