Had an enriching experience conducting a 2 days Leadership Training for the "Women Empowerment and Entrepreneurship (WEE)" Leadership Team in Coimbatore, along with a few experts. We explored "Synergy in Action by Mastering Team Building & Collaboration" through gamification and also engaged in a Structured Brainstorming session on WEE's vision for 2030. It was inspiring to work with such a diverse and talented group of Women Leaders and Entrepreneurs, with a few Men too! Looking forward to more collaborative and empowering sessions ahead! "Entrepreneurship is a part of Life, not a work life balance" This eye opener is what was structured in the 2 days WEE LEADERSHIP Training program at WESTIN VALLEY - Thondamuthur, Kovai. The key insightful takeaways included: 1. Not everybody can be an entrepreneur or leader hence the Millionaire mindset and habits are very important. 2. Viability, Sustainability and Scalability became the CORE point of learning for our WEE Flag bearers. 3. This included various thought provoking practical briefing on how every small beginning can make incremental improvement towards sustainable progress to achieve monumental possibilities. 4. Viable business solutions and focus always pays as the price for everyone's dream of being a business person. This very brief of 4 important life lessons for an entrepreneur is much needed to bind themselves as leader for their every step of life. These sessions were filled with a strong sense of purpose and the dream of extraordinary passion and perseverance as they were brain stormed by very renowned people in the industry. We all have learnt in our school days, “presentation is important with neat handwriting” especially during board exams. Sabeena Abutahir looks to follow this till date with 3 important focus in her pastries and cookies. When I ensure to give healthy, I learn to find ways to make it tasty as well in natural way so why use soda or added flavors?” She said. Hence HEALTHY BRIDGE BAKES, she added.
