This Diwali was extra special for us. We celebrated with games, laughter, and a big evening feast. Tambola, passing the parcel, endless snacks, and a lot of joy. It was a moment for them to unwind, to just be themselves, and to know how much they mean to our journey. From a small flat to a 4,000 sq. feet place, I have seen it all! In July 2019, I created VIVIKA, a women's apparel brand. Fast forward to today, and we celebrate five years of B2B operations with a team of 25-27 amazing individuals. Our production capacity has grown from 200 pieces per day to 1000 pieces per day! The success of Vivika is rooted in five key factors, which I fondly call the "five fingers of my fist": 1. Team: Our dedicated, punctual, and sincere team has embraced every challenge, including mastering social media.    2. Customers: Our loyal customers trust our quality, provide invaluable feedback, and support our continuous improvement.    3. Suppliers: Consistent quality of raw materials, timely supply, and credit support from our suppliers are the backbone of our production.    4. Family: My husband Sahil, especially, has been my rock, encouraging me and helping with our baby, Ayat.    5. Myself: My determination and efforts in starting and growing Vivika, from managing initial operations alone to building a strong team. Starting with just myself and Master G, I handled everything— I had the confidence of creating something from scratch! Building a dedicated team from scratch and ensuring consistent product quality were significant challenges. We also had to adapt to new marketing strategies and establish a social media presence, pushing everyone out of their comfort zones. Today, Vivika stands strong, thanks to these five pillars of success.
