We're excited to announce that Villgro, in partnership with Accenture in India, launched and felicitated 5 startups under the EcoSakhi program! The event spotlighted Sirohi, Avni Wellness, Green बनाना | Green Banana | Game-Changing Building Materials, The Good Doll, and Swachha Eco Solutions Private limited , who each shared their journey of innovation and sustainability through powerful presentations. The event also featured a dynamic panel discussion titled "The Value Proposition of a Woman Leader: Why It's Good for Business," with insights from Tina Philip, Principal Director, Accenture Ventures and Open Innovation, Accenture in India, Sucharita Eashwar, Founder of CWE - Catalyst for Women Entrepreneurship (CWE); Latha G, Founder of TALC - The Alternative Learning Community; and Malini Parmar, Activist and Founder of StoneSoup.in. The session was moderated by Rini Dutta, Villgro. The panel delved into the unique challenges and growth journeys of women entrepreneurs in India, highlighting the resilience and strategic vision that women leaders bring to the business landscape. A particularly inspiring moment came when Good Doll and Swachha EcoSolutions invited women from their workforce to share firsthand how financial independence has transformed their lives and empowered them.
