In this role, you will drive supplier performance improvements in quality, delivery, and cost, working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute supplier improvement plans to resolve quality, delivery, and cost issues. Manage supplier performance metrics like on-time delivery and quality. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to develop sourcing strategies that align with business goals. Support new product launches by qualifying suppliers and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Implement supplier risk management strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions. Keep up with industry trends and integrate best practices into supplier development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. 2-5 years of relevant experience or a dynamic fresh engineer with 1 year of experience. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, GD&T, and standards. Experience in procuring high-mix, low-volume machining parts. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
