Job Description - Audit/Tax Professionals Location: Hyderabad We are seeking qualified professionals with up to 5 years of experience in Audit or Tax domain, including Chartered Accountants, Non-CA Accountants, Dropouts, and MBAs, for face-to-face interviews on 01st and 2nd March 2024. Key Responsibilities: Indirect Taxation/GST: Proficient in Advanced Excel functions (e.g., V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Average, etc.). Strong knowledge of GSTR-9 & 9C and monthly compliance. Familiarity with online portals and legal provisions. Experience in refund filings and meeting both internal and statutory deadlines. Ability to manage confidential correspondence and records. Direct Taxation: Develop and maintain client relationships for Direct tax compliance engagements. Review various reports for compliance, including withholding taxes (TDS). Preparation and review of tax provisions and returns. Expertise in Tax Audit Report (3CD), Transfer Pricing report (3CEB), and tax return filing. Handle transfer pricing matters and ensure timely TDS payments and filings. Assist in managing tax controversy matters and preparation of data for assessments. Internal Audit: Experience in internal audit assignments, process reviews, and SOPs. Strong understanding of internal control systems and auditing skills. Compliance with internal risk management and documentation. Conduct independent reviews, discuss audit points with process owners, and ensure effective closure. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
