👉Cultural diversity and cooperation: perspectives from DTSE Pune, India #India is known for its cultural diversity. This diversity is also reflected at our new location in Pune, where it strengthens cooperation and mutual understanding. Hans-Jörg Glaß, who heads the DTSE location in India, talks to Madhuri Shastri about intercultural cooperation, diversity in the workplace and her commitment to promoting women. Madhuri Shastri, Head of Human Resources at T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd., has over 25 years of experience in international management positions and is familiar with the cultural differences between India and western countries. The interview shows how important cultural sensitivity, good communication and targeted diversity programs are for successful international cooperation. Shastri emphasizes that the cooperation with DTSE is very well coordinated. "I think it's a very mature model of cooperation." She emphasizes the importance of recognizing and appreciating cultural differences. She mentions differences in communication styles and working hours between India and Europe.
