Diabetes is not just a physical ailment; it is deeply intertwined with our emotional state. Research and experience have shown that fluctuations in blood sugar levels are directly correlated with anger and stress. Understanding this connection is crucial for holistic diabetes management. During our session, we delved into how sound healing can be a powerful tool in managing and releasing pent-up emotions such as anger. By utilizing frequencies and vibrations, participants learned and experiences how sound healing can be used as a tool to harmonize their emotional well-being, which can, in turn, help regulate blood sugar levels and reduce HbA1c levels.
