Euphoria is an emotion! We recently transformed our cafeteria into a place of pure delight with a wholehearted aim to win hearts. The saga of Euphoria brought big smiles on the faces of employees at VK Kalyani Complex, who waited in anticipation for the launch. The wait soon turned into a euphoric experience when the employees strolled around to enjoy delicious food at a variety of counters like Daily Detox, Desi Remix, Home Chef, and more. In addition to great food, among many, employees enjoyed the aesthetic experience at Creators' Zone that housed creatives crafted by smartians. ‘Tune In’ was another zone that housed musical instruments where the employees came in and played their favourite songs. There was also a Celebration Zone where employees celebrated special occasions with their colleagues. A one-of-kind meditation room was also set up for employees to have a serene experience. Euphoria, as a concept that came into action touched employees’ hearts as they left fulfilled. A huge shoutout to the entire team who were behind this innovative concept. UK’s leading university identified the needs of ‘Gen Z’ category to be fast, efficient, and flexible. In the quest to meet their demands, their food court needed a digitised upgrade. Among many challenges faced by the chefs, one key challenge was to predict sales volume. The errors emerging from this resulted in food wastage. To tackle the food wastage problem we implemented mobile and kiosk ordering systems where the chefs can now predict sales volumes, leading appropriate food preparation. The orders can now be tracked as the students of the leading UK university can place and receive their orders seamlessly. Catch the smartians in action! As we progressed to our next chapter of Techtron, our employees set the fitness stage on fire with circuit workouts. The agenda for this activity was to enable them to challenge themselves, pus beyond boundaries, and accomplish goals. Their display of excellent stamina and teamwork was treat to watch.  Over 50 employees participated to complete a tough circuit within 5 minutes. The fitness chapter was more than just physical endurance. It was about collaboration and fun.
