We are excited to announce a major advancement in the medical industry with our Clean Air Recirculation Equipment (CARE). Our equipment is designed to safeguard the expensive electronics in the CATH labs and MRI labs of hospitals and diagnostic centers from corrosive damage caused by gaseous contaminants. At the core of our CARE systems are Purafil, Inc.'s innovative and highly effective chemically engineered media, which are capable of removing corrosive gaseous contaminants such as SOx, H2S, NOx, chlorides, formaldehyde, and more. These systems are designed to maintain G1 levels in the indoor space as per ISA 71.04-2013 guidelines. Ripple Effect's CARE systems are specifically engineered to recirculate indoor air through Purafil chemical media in an optimal manner, ensuring that the entire volume of contaminated air is exposed to the chemical media. At Ripple Effect, we are dedicated to providing our clients with effective and sustainable solutions to their problems. As a proud board member of USGBC, I am thrilled to highlight our leadership in developing the LEED v5 draft rating systems. This is a pivotal moment for us to further refine #LEED, and we invite you to be a part of this journey by providing your valuable feedback during the first public comment period, which is open now through May 20! 📅 One of the standout features in the LEED v5 draft is the emphasis on health, resilience and sustainability within the Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) credits 💪🌍. Through the integration of prerequisites, we underscore the importance of these concepts in our daily environments. For instance, the fundamental Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) credit in Building Design Construction (BD C) includes considerations such as: ➡ The impact of outdoor air quality. ➡ Performance-based ventilation procedures based on #ASHRAE Standard 62.1 IAQP and the requirement for at least MERV 13 filters. ➡ Effectiveness testing of air cleaning systems per #ASHRAE Standard 241. ➡ Updated requirements for Demand Control Ventilation (DCV) per #ASHRAE Standard 62.1 addendum ab, and adding outdoor air volume measurements. Furthermore, the LEED v5 draft introduces additional point credits that exemplify a thoughtful and evidence-based approach to surpassing standard expectations, thus elevating the quality of IAQ in both an ambitious and attainable manner: ➡ The air quality testing and monitoring credit in BD C includes specific considerations for testing gaseous and particulate contaminants and continuous monitoring. ➡ The Enhanced Air Quality credit introduces more stringent pollutant design limits for the Enhanced Indoor Air Quality Procedure (IAQP) for PM2.5, ozone, and formaldehyde, ensuring a more comprehensive approach to indoor air quality. Furthermore, LEED v5 includes a unique credit titled "Resilient Spaces," which, among other things, considers a building's operation mode for Episodic Outdoor Ambient Conditions such as wildfire smoke 🔥 and Mode for Respiratory Diseases, based on #ASHRAE Standard 241 😷. This addition reflects a deep commitment to creating environments that are not only sustainable but also resilient and responsive to changing health and environmental conditions. These enhancements to the LEED v5 🌟 draft not only reflect our ongoing commitment to health, resilience and sustainability 🌱 but also our dedication to practicality in embedding these values into our operations. ⛳ Useful links in first comment. Merry Christmas from Ripple Effect! Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.” Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.” Luke 2:11-14 #merrychristmas #jesuschrist #messiah #jesussaves Nitish Pearlson Amit Inchal Sahriday Solomon Solomon Chandrasekhar

Since the publication of ISA-71.04-1985, a wealth of #corrosion /reactivity monitoring research has been performed relative to hashtag #industrial, #missioncritical, and other #electronic equipment reliability applications. Typical #emissions from natural or industrial processes have a direct impact on electronic reliability. These gases oxidize the copper and silver components of the #electronics damaging the #hardware and stalling operations. Identifying these gases qualitatively and quantitatively is critical. As per ANSI/ISA-71.04-2013 guidelines, the best way to go about it is to perform reactivity monitoring to comply with the standard compared to conventional gas monitoring. At Ripple Effect, we help our customers assess their critical areas for such gases as per ISA 71.04-2013 guidelines with the help of Purafil, Inc. Corrosion Classification Coupons (CCC). These coupons are exposed in the area for 30 days and sent to Purafil's state-of-the-art laboratory for analysis and reporting. The CCC report helps us determine the appropriate air filtration solution to eliminate these corrosive gases and provide G1 levels of air severity in the area of concern. If you want to understand the nature of emissions affecting your mission-critical electronics, write to us at [email protected] #corrosionmonitoring #corrosionprevention #purafil #rippleffectz Raushan J. Ready to ship specially designed chemical filters with Purafil, Inc. chemical media to a #datacentre client. At Ripple Effect, we provide customizable solutions to our customers to mitigate corrosive gases in their indoor environment. These solutions are carefully designed by our engineers after assessing several factors such as air severity (as per ISA 71.04-2013 guidelines), area design, air handling systems, etc. The design of our chemical filters ensures maximum exposure of the Purafil chemical media to the incoming air. The gaseous contaminants in the air are chemically neutralized to inert salts in the chemical media due to a process called chemisorption. This process ensures clean G1 air on the supply side. Purafil Inc. is a pioneer in gas phase filtration and all the solutions are patented and designed to eliminate corrosive and toxic gases that help to protect expensive electronics and reduce capital and operational expenditures. In case you are facing #electronic failures due to #corrosion reach out to us at [email protected]. Our representatives will get in touch with you and help you protect your electronics. #corrosionprotection #corrosionprevention #airfiltration #airpurification #rippleffectz Raushan J. Are you facing #electronic failures in your #operations and are not able to figure out the reason behind them? It is time you consider an assessment of air severity around your #electronics. Most electronic failures are due to the oxidative damage of copper and silver components of the electronics because of airborne contaminants such as SOx, NOx, H2S, Chlorides, and others. ANSI/ISA 71.04-2013 guidelines have classified the air severity as G1, G2, G3, and Gx based on the type of gases and oxidant film formed on the Cu and Ag components. The assessment is done by exposing Purafil, Inc. #corrosion classification coupons (CCC) in the area for 30 days as per ANSI/ISA 71.04-2013 guidelines. The CCC has copper and silver metal strips along with a temperature and humidity data logger (as seen in the image). The CCC report gives a detailed analysis of the type and quantity of gas contaminants present in the air, air severity classification, and projection of air severity for the next 5 years. It helps the customer make informed decisions on selecting the right air purification system for the area. At Ripple Effect, we help customers select the appropriate Purafil Chemical media. We #manufacture the #airfiltration system that houses the Purafil chemical media. We provide tailor-made solutions as per the customers' requirements. in case you are facing such issues in your facility, please write to us at [email protected]. We will get in touch with you. #corrosionmonitoring #corrosionprevention #purafil #rippleffectz Raushan J. Nitish Pearlson Amit Inchal Sahriday Solomon Solomon Chandrasekhar
