It takes years to develop the capabilities for this niche service.  This did not deter Eureka, who, despite her young age, is always looking to improve her skills. When working with an organisation, it is important to understand its teams and their functions. When these teams come together in a meaningful sequence, enabling the organisation to reach its goals, we call this coming together the organisational alignment. Eureka voluntarily took up the challenge of working on the organisational alignment of an organisation. She started the exercise by understanding what various departments deliver. Step two was realigning them towards an identified objective. Her experience of working with the department for four months gave her an edge in this exercise. Balancing the organisational alignment work while also leading the project was demanding. Managing reviews and unavoidable meetings with various teams required careful juggling. She practised daily standup meetings and morning planning sessions that helped coordinate and facilitate tasks. She also collaborated with other project leads to figure out ways to deliver on project outcomes. This is not the first time she is showing ownership like this. When a new project tender came out, she wanted to learn proposal writing and stepped in. And guess what? She is leading that project now. According to Eureka, it is easy to do the assigned work and go home comfortably. If we need to grow, we need to be willing to go beyond our normal work. We need to embrace the spirit of ownership. This role will involve engaging with various stakeholders, managing large-scale fundraising events, and overseeing corporate communication and marketing efforts to support government schools across Tamil Nadu. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 1. 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - Collaborate with the Leadership Team of the Department of School Education to facilitate the operations of the Namma School Namma Ooru Palli. - Serve as the primary liaison with Government bureaucrats regarding ongoing projects and CSR activities. 2. 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 - Connect with all organizations across Tamil Nadu and host mega events across the state. - Successfully raise funds for the development of government schools in Tamil Nadu. - Organize multiple mini conclaves under the guidance of the District Collector and other District Level Administration, and SIPCOT PO’s. 3. 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Oversee content planning and corporate communications within the Namma School Namma Ooru Palli. - Handle donor concerns and crisis communications for the Department of School Education. 4. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐬 - Prepare project proposals on behalf of the Government to showcase new initiatives and areas of interest. 5. 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 - Lead engagement with corporate CSR and senior management of Corporates. - Engage with CSR and HR teams of Corporates. - Responsible for CSR fund mobilization for NSNOP. - Engage through meets with corporate bodies like CII, FICCI, NHRD, AMCHAM, SIPCOT, etc. - Help strengthen the CSR Alliance (group of CSR & HR professionals). - Support in engagement with Collectors of Districts and senior Government Officers. - Involvement in planning targets, strategic and tactical plans for CSR fund mobilisation. - Ability to tactfully pitch and market the initiative to raise funds for the same. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 - Proven experience in corporate partnerships & fundraising. - Excellent organizational and event management skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle crisis communications effectively. - Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
