    !! Well defined problem is Half solved !! Hope we have heard this in our life. This is for a problem solving approach. Same way, for a project implementation "PLANNING" activity plays a major role in the success, interestingly we have to consider the below factors as well which we may not aware or thought of 1. Leave days in a month 2. Absenteeism due to leave / local holidays 3. Resource availability 4. Earlier performance of the vendors or other dependencies 5.
