Key Responsibilities: 1. Packaging Design:   - Create visually stunning packaging designs that align with the product theme and brand identity.   - Develop innovative concepts for product inner and outer boxes to enhance the overall customer experience. 2. Material Selection:   - Recommend and select suitable packaging materials based on design requirements, product specifications, and industry standards.   - Optimize packaging material choices for cost-effectiveness and environmental sustainability. 3. Competitor Analysis:   - Conduct comprehensive analysis of competitors' packaging designs, formats, and material use.   - Provide insights and recommendations based on competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market. 4. Software Proficiency:   - Demonstrate expertise in using design software and tools, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite.   - Stay updated with the latest advancements in design software and incorporate them into the design process. Key Result Areas (KRAs): 1. Design Quality:   - Ensure high-quality packaging designs that meet or exceed the company's standards and customer expectations.   - Monitor the acceptance rate of designs in the production phase. 2. Innovation:   - Introduce creative design elements that set our packaging apart in the market.   - Incorporate trending design features that resonate with the target audience. 3. Competitive Edge:   - Assess the impact of packaging designs on the company's competitive positioning.   - Implement design elements inspired by competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 1. Efficiency:   - Track adherence to project timelines and deadlines.   - Evaluate the ability to manage multiple packaging design projects simultaneously. 2. Cost Optimisation:   - Monitor the cost-effectiveness of selected packaging materials.   - Implement sustainable and cost-efficient packaging solutions. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related field. - 4-5 years of proven experience in packaging design, with a focus on product inner and outer boxes. - Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective packaging designs. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
