Delighted to Announce a New Milestone! In collaboration with NITI Aayog and Shell, the recent refresher training for Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL) coordinators across Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu was a remarkable success! Together, we empowered over 12,000 students on NXthinking through transformative professional development sessions for ATL coordinators. The Shell NXplorers Refresher-3 training has been a pivotal part of our support for 2024-25. Refresher-3 Training Highlights: Reach: 119 ATL coordinators from 89 ATL schools Locations: Virudhnagar, Belgaum, Udupi, and Mumbai In the first week of July 2024, training sessions focused on NXplorers Junior content delivery and Change Project Development mentored by ATL Coordinators. Esteemed education officers emphasized the program's significance, interactive Q&A sessions and ATL Coordinators were recognised for their efforts. Additionally, the session was enriched by ATL coordinators who participated in the ATL collaboration event sharing their experiences.   Special thanks to Atal Innovation Mission Official , NITI Aayog, Shell, Chintan Vaishnav, Deepali Upadhyay, the education departments of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Maharashtra, Neha Chauhan, Deepak Joshi, Behzad Khan, and Khamroddin Mohammed, PMP® for their unwavering support. 🌟 Empowering School Leaders: A Milestone in School Transformation Program (STP) Sustainability! 🌟 We’re thrilled to announce a major achievement in education and community development! In June 2024, we completed 100 School Management Committee (SMC) training sessions across Washim and Gadchiroli districts, reaching 1,071 dedicated SMC members in 50 schools in each district. These sessions provided comprehensive training on the roles and responsibilities of SMCs, focusing on the maintenance and safety of school infrastructure and ensuring the long-term success of STP projects. The remarkable 74% attendance rate highlights the community’s commitment to effective school governance. Interactive school tours, in-depth project briefs, and dedicated workshops on sustainability allowed participants to engage deeply with their roles. The enthusiasm and dedication shown by the SMC members have been truly inspiring. Together, we’re laying a strong foundation for sustainable development and effective school management in our communities. Our Gyan Shakti Whole School Transformation program team of Pune celebrated Guru Purnima on 20th July, 2024. The program team shared the significance and traditions of Guru Purnima with our junior students and new admissions. Students also sang devotional songs like "गुरुर्ब्रम्हा गुरुर्विष्णु..." to pay respect to their teachers. Guru Purnima reminds us of the invaluable role Gurus play in our lives. We are delighted to share some snapshots from the Atal Tinkering Lab Summer Camps in Baran, Rajasthan!   From April to June 2024, the ATL Innovation Coaches organized exciting summer camps across the intervention schools. For 41 days, 6th to 12th-grade students enthusiastically participated in this coding adventure, creating intricate maze games, jumping challenges, apple-catching games, and intense shooting games.   This year, the camp's popularity soared, reaching a whopping 621 students, a remarkable 125% increase in participation! The ATL summer camp wasn't just about coding - it inspired students to explore new technological horizons, boosted confidence, and encouraged collaboration, opening up diverse career opportunities and future-proofing students for a tech-driven world.   The ATL Adoption Program is nurtured by IndusInd Bank's Flagship Holistic Rural Development initiative in 7 schools of Baran in Rajasthan, reaching out to over 2000 students.
