Our Entertainment Corporate practice group is looking to hire a mid-level Entertainment Finance and M&A Associate, with significant Private Equity and M&A experience, to join our Mumbai offices. In particular, the candidate should have 4-6 years of substantive experience handling private M&A transactions, hands-on drafting and negotiation experience in respect of complex M&A and private equity transactions and related investment agreements, experience as a key member of deal teams for a range of middle market transactions, and experience and ability to run key aspects of transactions while managing other associates. They should be capable of handling smaller deals with limited supervision, and leading larger deals with direct partner supervision. Strong knowledge of substantive finance and awareness of entertainment and copyright law is ideal.
