Ltd. was founded by experience technocrats to design, manufacture & supply of Pressure vessels , heat exchangers , Unitanks, Bright Beer Tanks, Brew House vessels, Columns, Skids etc. equipment & systems required for Brewery , Food & Pharma , Oil & gas ,Sugar, dairy and chemical industries. Management Mr. Satish Jambhale brings more than 16 years of experience in the fabrication of process equipment & systems ; factory management ;Project management ; Quality assurance and control. Prior to forming his own company , he had worked in reputed companies like Alfa Laval India Ltd. ( 13 Years ) & Praj industries. He was responsible for fabrication, manufacturing & quality of process Equipments and systems The company has an experienced team of Engineers, Supervisors, Fabrication Fitters, Qualified Welders, Finishers and Helpers, who are carrying out quality of jobs for various clients. Our team has more than 15 to 20 years of experience in stainless steel fabrication

Estimation and Proposal Engineer - Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers & Piping Company: JS Process Equipment Private Limited manufacturer of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and piping . ASME U stamp and ISO 9001:2015 certified company. About the Role: We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estimation and Proposal Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing competitive and accurate estimates and proposals for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and piping projects. You will work closely with the sales team, engineering department, and procurement to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities: Analyze customer inquiries and specifications for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and piping projects. Prepare detailed cost estimates considering material, labor, fabrication, and overhead costs. Develop and maintain a comprehensive bill of materials (BOM) for each project. Work collaboratively with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility within the proposed budget. Draft and submit compelling technical and commercial proposals to clients. Participate in proposal presentations and client meetings to answer technical and commercial questions. Track project progress and identify potential cost overruns or schedule delays. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in estimation and proposal preparation for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and piping projects. Strong understanding of pressure vessel and heat exchanger design principles, fabrication methods, and relevant codes and standards (ASME U stamp ) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
