About us
HR Sampark is a Non- Profit Body, started its journey in Dec 2017 and was formed along HR professionals, Academicians, and imminent Industry Professional Leaders. The journey focused on connecting with like-minded people and open various activities to lead engagements to build a brand. Today it’s a membership community of over 500 individuals experts in the field of HR and academics. The whatsapp group got converted to Trust in 2019 and we have active chapters at Kolkata, Mumbai & NCR and Registered Trust in Kolkata managed by group of HR and Academicians voluntarily. Our National President and Co-Founder Trustee, Mr. Ashish Banka spearheads the chapters and also manages the events along with other HR Leaders in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, NCR, Pune and Mumbai. Apart from the various knowledge sharing, social contributions and Industry Academia Connect sessions, 2 Mega Conclaves were organized in Mumbai and Kolkata. Apart from the various knowledge sharing, social contributions and Industry Academia Connect sessions, 3 Mega Conclaves & HR awards were organised in Mumbai and Kolkata. HR Sampark organized "CHRO Conclave 2019" on 05 Jul 19 in Mumbai with eminent HR Leaders with keynote speaker , Mr. Prabir Jha and other dignitaries. Over 100 delegates from 85 organizations gave their time and resources to attend and to contribute. We were supported by our principal sponsor ICICI Mutual Fund, theme partner Suskan Consultants Pvt Ltd, Academy Partner IMT Nagpur, consultancy partner Sharp Consultancy and event photography partner Pixeon.com for supporting and believing in our idea.
