Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in CRM administration and configuration for at least 1 to 1.5 years. Familiarity with popular CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance related to CRM data handling is a plus.
